How do I install the ClubManager client

The following guide will show you how to install the ClubManager client.

The client is dependant on the .NET client which can be downloaded from Microsoft via the following web address: https://dotnet.microsoft.com/download/dotnet-framework-runtime/net472


Click the Download .NET Framework 4.7.2 button to download and when prompted click the Open or Run option, an Administrator account will be required to complete the installation.

You will also need to install the Visual C++ Redistributable 2015 which can be downloaded from Microsoft here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/download/details.aspx?id=48145

Please note you must download and run the X64 and X86 installers if using a 64bit version of Windows.

You can install this in the same way as the .NET Framework.

Once the .NET Framework and Visual C++ have been installed go to the following web address and click the Open or Run option, an Administrator account will be required to complete the installation.

The following warning may be shown when the client is run:


This is expected and no changes will be made to your PC.

On first installation the client will ask for a username and password, please enter your details as if you were logging into the ClubManager web site.

If you provided a valid username and password the client will load your clubs home page, the next step will be to configure the hardware you will be using with client.

If the client shows and error when it is closed then you may need to install the Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 Redistributable Package which can be found at the following web address:
